We're perfect for weddings, corporate events, baby showers and private parties! Bar and event rentals with custom signature cocktails and professional event bartenders, bring a special and unique touch to your event with a eye catching mobile bar!

INCLUDED IN EVERY PACKAGE WITH THE ELECTRIC RODEO MOBILE BAR BOOKING:
Initial Consultation, Professional Bartender(s), Shopping List and Full Alcohol Order Recommendation, and a Signature Cocktail Creation.

We have professional TABC bartenders, that take care of all bar details.
Bartender Information

4 hour minimum on all events is required.
​
We recommend one bartender for 75-100 guest. ​
​
We do need a minimum of 1 hour to set up depending on the size of your party.
​
Bartender Only starts at
$50/hr
​**This will not include a bar but you may add one for $300.**
The bartender will bring their basic serving tools and ice bucket.
​
The client is responsible for providing all alcohol for events.
​
We do provide liquor liability insurance up to One Million Dollars.
​
We do provide consultation services for your liquor purchase and mixer purchase after a deposit has been made.

Customs Signs start at $150 (requires payment in advance and 3 week notice)
Did someone say Champagne?
Thinking about a Champagne wall or a Cotton Candy Champagne bar?!
This rental will come with a Electric Rodeo attendant. The Electric Rodeo role is to refill dranks and to pick up empty glassware for 3 Hours.

Our 120 champagne flute wall rental price is $600.00 which is a flat fee and will serve 240 guest.
​
Option to rent half of the wall which accommodates 60 champagne flutes. Rental price is $325.00 which is a flat fee and it comes with 120 Champagne Flutes.
​
Any additional glassware that is needed will be at .65 cents a flute.
​
***It does not include the champagne***
​The client will need to provide alcohol - let Electric Rodeo handle the rest.
​
We require a 20% deposit to hold the date of your event which is non-refundable. This is for any of our packages. (Estimates subject to change)
